Admission Procedure

Submit Application
First students/children from play group to grade nine need to submit the completed application form that can be drawn/ collected from the account desk of the school.

Take Entrance Exam
The students have to take the formal entrance exam scheduled occasionally. This is usually scheduled from the last week of Chaitra to the last week of Baishakh.

Get Enrolled
The candidates have to secure at least 50% marks to get enrolled but the students who fairly passed from this school need not to appear in the entrance exam.

Admission Timeline

Playgroup-Grade 9: Chaitra

HSEB Grade XI: Asar-Shrawan

The young children can also join to the play group in Himalaya on the happy education starting day called SHREEPANCHAMI or SARASWATI POOJA with special discount.

Entrance Test and Interview

Grade 1: Placement assessment, followed by a brief interview with the parents.

IBDP and HSEB: Written test in mathematics and English, followed by a short interview with the student.

Documents

The following documents must be submitted at the time of admission.

  1. Mark sheet of the final examination of the former school
  2. Transfer Certificate/Character Certificate
  3. Birth certificate
  4. Completed Medical certificate
  5. Two copies of recent passport size photographs

Once the student is admitted to the school, admission fees including annual fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation of admission. However, the security deposit will be refunded only after receiving an application of withdrawal from the parent.
